F2 Golf recently introduced a limited tour prototype putter called the “Big Luv”. Here is their description from their website:
The BIG LUV putter is 100% milled black anodized aluminum. The putter has 4 adjustable weight screws that enable you to make the Big Luv heavier by adding the 4 gram heavier weight screws. The additional weights come in the tool kit with a maintenance brush. The high MOI design of the Big Luv provides a steadier putting stroke with a minimum of twist on any off center hits, as well as minimizing energy transfer loss due to imperfect striking of the golf ball. Perimeter back weight design gives the Big Luv putter a bigger sweet spot, allowing for superior distance control on off-center hits by redistributing weight to the extreme outside areas of the ball striking area.
The single bend center on-set shaft allows for the dual anchor shape design to move the putter head to be more stable when moving back and through the putting stroke with out deviating off line. This single bend center on-set shaft design allows the golf ball to be struck at the bottom arc of the putting stroke before the right hand tries to catch up like most off set hosel putter head designs, thus helping to eliminate the pulling or closing the putter face at impact.
The Big Luv putter has the patented MicroDomeâ„¢ face insert that gives you better contact for straighter rolling ball on impact. The dome textured face has more secure contact points touching the dimpled golf ball to send the ball rolling more accurately on its intended line at impact. Just behind the Microdome face insert the Big Luv putter has a sound slot to deliver a great pinging sound at impact. The combination of a softer feel with a sensitive touch and a unique sound at impact gives the golfer a putter that makes it easier to gauge distance control and accuracy. The Big Luv has a single center line making alignment easier. The finished weight of the BIG LUV putter head is 345 grams. The lie angle is 71 degrees and the loft is 3 degrees.
