| The Aldila ONE is a modern looking high tech graphite shaft with two-tone paint scheme and segmented design. The graphics are subtle and the color makes the ONE recognizable from a distance. The shaft looks particulary sharp when combined with a jet black head like the one tested in this review. |

| Performance |
| We found the performance of this shaft to be very solid. The shaft offers substantial feel and feedback throughout the swing. We found this enhanced feel resulted in good ball control. Well struck shots were rewarded with a consistent boring trajectory that hung in the air. We felt that the ONE shaft played on the soft side of the designated flex. This was attributed to the segmented technology. The shaft responded well to varying tempo swings and we liked the feel of the shaft kicking through the impact zone. With its multiple weight and tip flex options, this shaft should appeal to a wide range of golfers that are interested in optimizing their game through matching their swing characteristics to a specific shaft. |
