Accuracy |
Very accurate on shots struck on the center of the clubhead. |
Distance |
Long off the tee and fairway on well struck shots. This may
be due to longer shaft lengths and strong lofts. However,
significant distance loss on mishits due to small head. |
Trajectory |
These clubs produce a fairly high ball flight. Brass sole
plate provides added weight to the sole enabling the ball
to get up quickly. The 7 Wood with 20 degree loft makes a
nice replacement for your set's 2 or 3 iron. |

Feel |
They feel like wood! (as they should). Nice
sound when well struck. Combination of small heads and
wood provide instant feedback on mishits. They feel like

Forgiveness |
These clubs are suprisingly forgiving for
a small head. Need to have a repeating swing to hit these
consistantly.

Looks |
A "throwback", this club is made
of laminated maple, glossy black finish with no alignment
aid, red insert, polyurethane insert in sole, brass sole
plate on fairway woods, aluminum plate on driver, smallish
compact head with low profile, inverted "PING" name
on toe end of club similar to past Ping woods. |
