Summary:
|
Michael D'Antonio does a fantastic job in writing about Esteban
Toledo's quest to reach
the PGA Tour. In the flavor of John Feinstein's books, A Good
Walk Spoiled and The Majors, the reader
is taken to the lower
echelon on the PGA Tour and the struggles an up and coming pro
faces as he chases his dream. In the book
you learn all about Toledo's
past, his adopted father in the US, his wife and family and
you follow a great year on the PGA
Tour from a few years
back. After each chapter you're given an update on where Toledo
stands on the money list and what
he needs to make it which
I really enjoyed following.
This is another book that is very
hard to put down
once you get started. Highly recommend!
