MITCHELL GOLF EQUIPMENT COMPANY OFFICIAL RULES 2. SCHEDULE: Entries must be received by the 20th of each month. Entry is required one-time only. Winners will be drawn on or about 25th of each month and posted on this site within 5 days of when we hear from the Winner. 3. TO ENTER: Internet entry only. Fill in the official entry form online at www.equip2golf.com. Click on Manufacturer's Corner logo and then click on the Mitchell Golf logo. Limit one entry per person (valid email address). 4. PRIZES: One Prize winner will be selected each month starting in August 2005 and ending in January 2006. The winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or about the 20th of each month, under the supervision of Equip2Golf, Inc. whose decisions on all matters relating to the drawing and this sweepstakes will be final. Winner need not be present to win and will be notified by email on or about the 23rd of each month. Prizes are as follows: ONE PRIZE: One 3-ball sleeve Callaway HX Tour 56 golf balls. Not valid with any other offer or promotion. Other restrictions may apply. Approximate suggested retail value: $12.50. If Prize winner does not claim the Prize within the specified time period, or if the winner cannot be located, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. The odds of winning are determined by the number of entries received. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the prize recipient. 5. By entering, customers agree to be bound by the Official Rules and by the decisions of Mitchell Golf Equipment Company, Equip2Golf, Inc., and their parent and affiliates.
