Bird dog Putters @ the 2002 Expo
Bird dog Putters was spotted on the putting green at the Expo with their new line of Bird dog putters. The putters are made from 304 Acoustic Stainless Steel, a pure grade of steel used in medical applications, and also feature milled faces. The head material is said to improve the putter's auditory feedback. Six models are currently available including the HB, a traditional flanged blade and the HP, a belly putter with anodized aluminum insert and combined milled face and score lines. All of the putters feature Winn grips. The putters also had the best tagline heard at the Expo: "Bird dog Putters - When dogs grow wings, they really hunt." Judged by the response and comments heard on the putting green, these putters are good at hunting down the hole.
