The Right Balance
Balance Certified Golf presented their Pro-Balance weighting system technology for putters, irons, and woods. The shaft tuning system places the right amount of weight in exactly the right place counter balancing the head and improving feel. The system consists of a metal sleeve that is inserted into the end of the grip. One of three adjustable weights (10, 20, or 30 grams) is then placed in the sleeve once the golfer is fitted. Also new is the Power Ring, a device used to easily fit golfers for the Pro-Balance system. The ring is places over the shaft and slid to the butt end of the grip allowing the golfer to hit shots and determine the proper weight needed prior to installation.
